[theme-reviewers] Upselling standards?

Bruce,

As long as you have single domain name I personally don't have any issues
with that.

Plugin recommendation links are appropriate because we're linking to WPORG.
Mozilla Dev type of reference links should be good too, WordPress itself
links to w3school.

Keeping in mind not to overdo :-)
