Whoa... I am also interested in knowing What Unsal said, Are the ThemeForest Licenses acceptable?

As long as the commercial products don't violate the GPL, and all WordPress Theme/Plugin code conforms to WPORG policy, you should be fine. Only code actually hosted on WPORG has to be 100% GPL-compatible, as opposed to GPL-compatibly split-licensed.
