Thanks for checking and quick reply.

Problem appeared after we made a lot of changes, after first release.

We removed a lot of theme options, for request theme reviewer. 
Removed custom post type, changed some main functions, etc.

Maybe it possible delete first version and upload latest to http://wp-themes.com/fruitful/ ?

If theme 1.0.1 installed, after install 1.0.7 on same wordpress, database setting remain the same and need push button
In Appearance > Theme options > General settings > Reset all options to default. 

On fresh wordpress install, current theme version 1.0.7 can be activated correctly, without any problems.

In our code, we don't include variant if theme is located in theme directory and don't activated. 
We can make this fix in next version, during the period of reviewing, our theme will be without preview?
