[theme-reviewers] Theme preview on wordpress.org

You're assuming that the Theme Previewer is a normal WP installation; it
isn't. It's entirely script-driven and automated. Intervention requires
direct database access.

Otto follows this mail-list, but kicking the Theme Previewer DB is
understandably a low-priority task for him.
