[theme-reviewers] Clarification on non-GPL themes on Author/ThemeURI

Their latest response was to say "shelob9 get me your skype or messenger
pls" and then immediately edit that comment to say "ok thanks" (
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/12368?cversion=1&cnum_hist=17#comment:17
)

Can an admin please respond to this ticket? Either this
person legitimately doesn't understand me, or they are trying to get me to
change our policies, which I neither created nor disagree with for them. If
its the first option, which it could as their English is not great, I don't
know how to explain this any clearer. If its the second option I'm really
done with dealing with them.
