[theme-reviewers] Up-sell theme

The Theme readme would be fine, but I would recommend having that
information on your Theme URI site somewhere (i.e. the Theme URI page has a
link to the Up-Sell page, that indicates license of the commercial version,
and lists differences between free and commercial versions.
