[theme-reviewers] Removing core features

@Paul - Yeah, I needed a theme removed from the graveyard to free up the
theme name I wanted to use. It was abandoned for over 3 years I believe. No
go. Though, I'm sure that precedent will change in the future, especially
with spammer hitting trac with 90 SEO hogging theme names.
