[theme-reviewers] Some review queries

1) Full-text license in a license.txt is fine (actually, that is the
convention for GPL-licensed works)
2) Any reference to ThemeForest must be to GPL-licensed works
3) MIT is GPL-compatible. Please refer to the link to accepted
GPL-compatible licenses at http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review#Licensing
4) All bundled resources must *explicitly* state copyright and license.
(Users should not have to hunt/search for this information)

2 & 4 are definitely grounds for immediate non-approval. Any licensing
issue is a show-stopper.
