[theme-reviewers] Issues presenting in development version?

So pass it? The developer has been made aware of the issue.
In 3.5.2-alpha the 404 page returns these debugger errors in footer:
"Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in
~/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 1380"
"Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in
~/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 29"
No errors in 3.5.1.

Should I be testing with 3.6-beta?

I got the same error/ non-error in the newer version they just updated but
am waiting on the result of conversation to approve or not approve that
ticket.
