[theme-reviewers] Issues presenting in development version?

I found some errors in a theme I am reviewing when checking in 3.5.2-alpha
that I can not reproduce in 3.5.1.

Should I blame this on it being an alpha release and stop testing with
latest version or should I take this as a sign of a problem with an
upcoming release that the developer should fix now? Or to restate more
simply: does the theme pass for showing no errors in 3.5.1?
