[theme-reviewers] Proposed criteria change for Commercially Supported GPL Themes page

I actually think it's a great idea to require that shops listed have a
theme, most likely the free version of a theme in which their shop sells a
pro version of, contributed in the free repo.

As apposed to simply listing anyone including people that do not contribute
anything free in .org for free allowing them to use free promotion on a
website, in a community they don't even contribute to.

The whole idea essentially being to "keep it in the community" allowing
people like myself who actually give back (I've contributed about 7 free
themes now overall) to get some love in way of helping us promote our
premium themes as well.

The only problem with that whole premise is that I've certainly been
allowed to contribute the free version of my theme in the repo, but not
allowed to promote my theme shop which houses the pro version of that theme
on the commercial page.

In fact, what Scott is proposing only stands to show that many of theme
shops currently being promoted should be taken down and that my shop is a
perfect candidate for this new proposed idea and I should without a doubt,
be listed, yet I was declined. Ironic.

Sooo, we'll see what happens, huh? Not getting my hopes up.

Thanks, Bryan
