[theme-reviewers] Clarification on non-GPL themes on Author/ThemeURI

To clarify, the theme I am reviewing only has a free, GPL2 licensed,
version. The up-sell theme I linked to, I got to by following a link int he
menu of the developers theme. I do not know if that changes things as far
as this theme goes.

I just checked and the theme I just linked to is in the queue.
