[theme-reviewers] Submitting themes based on existing themes, about child themes

Hi all.

maybe not related, (maybe related)
I'm curious. If a commercial/premium theme have lite version hosted @ wp.org.
For example "xxx-lite"
I cannot submit the theme name "xxx" ? Or can I ?
The theme is completely different theme, only the name is similar.
