Hear, hear. Definitely important points ... but also remember with point 2.
IF the "show-stopper" is new to the theme it may not require suspension
just a correction to the most recent submission; but, if it was an
oversight from previous reviews then suspension should be (and typically
will be) immediate. It would also be a great help, if the theme author has
multiple themes, to make a quick check across all of their "live" works as
it is also common to find similar code re-used and every theme by the
author may be subject to the same suspension measures if necessary.
