[theme-reviewers] Theme review time frame

OK Thanks.

Considering uploading new versions of themes instead of attaching
files: would that cause confusion? I cannot close tickets so if I
upload a new version, would it cause both to be reviewed? I could add
a comment to the old ticket I suppose.
