[theme-reviewers] Theme review time frame

See here for the overall status of the review queue:

Currently, there are 76 Themes awaiting review. Of those, none are older
than 2 weeks, 30 are older than 1 week, and 60 are older than 3 days.

I would anticipate 1-2 weeks for Themes to be reviewed, given the current
state of the queue.
