[theme-reviewers] Tinymce button that only adds css codes.. still plugin territory?

Its about choises.. As i give example before.. When i want 2 different
style button type link?

When you put "btn btn-primary" as class to <a> tag, it gets a color, when
you put "btn btn-success" as class to <a> tag, it gets another color. when
you put "btn btn-large" as class to <a> tag it becomes bigger. And when you
switch theme style from theme options, button colors are changing depending
on theme style.. example: http://bootswatch.com/slate/#buttons
Those are defined styles but i cant/shouldnt predict what type of button is
user want.
