[theme-reviewers] Push live request

Yep, this is exactly why I proposed this idea: so that Admins could
expedite review, approval, and synchronization of currently approved Themes.

The recent changes to the workflow help things tremendously, but they are
entirely separate from, and do not address, the above issue.
