[theme-reviewers] Questions on my first review

Every Theme is reviewed on its own, including Child Themes. A Child Theme
should not be not-approved because of something in the Parent Theme.

And a note on content-sharing links as Plugin territory: let's apply some
common sense, and not fail a Theme solely for including content-sharing
links/buttons. Just note it as required, but allow it to be addressed in
the next Theme revision. As reviewers, you have the flexibility to work
with Theme developers, to keep tickets open to allow required issues to be
resolved, and to allow minor issues to be resolved in subsequent Theme
revisions.
