[theme-reviewers] Problem uploading theme update

Hi,

I uploaded an update for my theme 'Emphaino' via
http://wordpress.org/themes/upload/, but no trac ticket was generated, no
email sent to me, the updated version nowhere to be found in the trac
ticket listings. Is there something I'm missing with the new trac interface?
