[theme-reviewers] Theme Using a Framework

Hello Chip,

 

The update theme script is just placed (reason, assuming the author has a
premium theme and when making a lite one, they just kept the files there)
but the auto update with external is not active.

 

P.S. I have rejected the theme.

Both issues are valid reasons to not-approve the Theme. The Gallery
shortcode is a core feature, and Themes hosted in the Theme directory must
be updated *through* the Theme directory.
