[theme-reviewers] Logo upload instructions

Sorry I think I didn't explain well my question,
It is not a problem of how or what to use to insert a logo. What I'm asking about is if a theme has already a logo option to on options page. Should the instructions to explain how to use the logo option be placed on the options page or just putting the instructions in a readme.txt file is ok???

You can always use WordPress Custom Headers http://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Headers
