Just grabbed a domain name and going live in a few hours :)
Got a thought running in my mind though - set up a multisite so other reviewers can join and setup test environment. Will that work and is anyone interested? Its FREE ;) - if I get even a single yes then will set up that way :)

I never tested a single Theme on localhost. Local is good, live server is better. Heck I even build Themes outside of localhost. Currently, I have about 40 WP sites under my belt and that's for this month only. Anything and everything is "Cowboy" coded, meaning that changes are done in real-time. No complaints from a single Insurance client for about 5 years :-)

I have to ask the question of what are the actual testing environments? OSX? Linux? Windows? What version of apache, PHP are running. I know I'm reviewing one of their themes as well and have gotten several Strict Standards error using PHP5.4 but none are output in =<5.3

Environment 1: Debogger plugin, Debug Bar plugin + WP_Config set to true.
Environment 2: Debogger plugin and WP_Config set to true.
Tickets under test in both environment: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/13460 and
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/13410 - both are by the same author.
Screenshots are from the test on environment 1 while the Errors in Comment 9 are from Environment 2.
As you can see, with Debug Bar active all errors are attributed to the Debogger plugin. And with theDebug Bar deactivated the errors picked up are attributed to the theme's specific files.
My conclusion is that there's a conflict between the Debogger and Debug bar plugins - but I'm wonderingif anyone else has come across the issue with their set up? And what should be the correct test/review
environment set up be?
