[theme-reviewers] Miss-linking or name clash?

This happened to another one of my themes a while ago. It's because that
history just searches by the theme name prefix. So my theme called "Focus"
brought up a theme called "Focus on Basics".
When ever I encounter this I just ignore the unrelated themes.
