[theme-reviewers] Clarification of Theme Naming Rules

Indeed, and if i recall correctly, it was even discussed and cleared. So,
no harm, no foul.

But, it does highlight where and why "gray area" (i.e. subjectivity) exists
- which is all I was saying. :)
