[theme-reviewers] Older theme being displayed via tag filter

Just helping someone out on the forums with a photo-based site and 
noticed that <http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/modularity-lite> is 
coming up when I select "photoblogging" via the tag filter at 
<http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/tag-filter/>

Aren't older themes supposed to be removed from searches and filters?
