Then use a term which has an actual meaning. "Mobile-friendly".
Something like that. Be specific about what you're advertising there.
"Responsive", as a theme tag, is a terrible idea, because it's so
poorly defined and overused as to be completely meaningless. Anybody
could argue that their theme is "responsive" and probably be right. If
every theme has the tag, or will get the tag, then there's no need to
have the tag at all.
