Can you add policy about default logo, default thumbnail etc on
http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review
Basically saying only marketing allowed is an option to up sell and credit
link.
Theme authors keep arguing that they are easily changeable and should be
allowed, as there is no wording that prohibits them on theme review
guidelines.
