[theme-reviewers] How do we get more themes

Hi Carolina,

That is a great question, but not sure if we can provide the answer for it.

Requirements are very minimal and easy to follow.

My stand on this would be to get more quality Themes -vs just getting more
Themes :)

P.S. _s should pass the review as is, I personally don't see the reason why
not.
