[theme-reviewers] Tags and description.

What can be a possible solution:

We can add an option to plugins's definition "Theme Customizable" like this
example:

/**
 * Plugin Name: BuddyPress
 * Plugin URI:  http://buddypress.org
 * License:     GPLv2 or later (license.txt)
 * *Theme Customizable: Yes*
 */

And themes can probably add a special tag for supported plugins like:

/**
 * Theme Name: Twenty Thirteen
 * Theme URI: http://wordpress.org/themes/twentythirteen
 * Plugin Support: buddypress, bbpress, woocommerce
 */

So we can show supported themes in plugin pages or supported plugins in
theme pages.
