[theme-reviewers] Tags and description.

Two thoughts:

1) Is that how the referenced ThemeForest category is used?

(I would assume it's used in reference to the Theme front-end style/design,
rather than Plugin support.)

2) How would we define guidelines around use of such a tag?

(Support/integration of which e-commerce Plugins should apply? How do we
test? How does the user know which e-commerce Plugins are
supported/integrated, based only on an "ecommerce" tag?)
