[theme-reviewers] Suggestion for Theme Descriptions

Ooooh, I finally see the confusion @Otto. Your screen is of the Description
*after* installing (but not activating) the theme. I'm referring to just
browsing the themes and reading the descriptions in Appearance > Themes.
