[theme-reviewers] Gumby Framework Licence

Gumby appears to be a CSS framework. Gumby is licensed under MIT.
Jane Doe's WordPress Theme incorporates Gumby. Jane Doe releases her Theme
under GPLv3.
The Theme is licensed under GPLv3. The bundled Gumby framework remains
licensed under MIT. The two licenses are compatible with each other, so
that's no problem.
