[theme-reviewers] Gumby Framework Licence

If Jane Doe releases a Theme under MIT, John Doe can use the Theme Jane
made, however, John cannot relicense (change the license from MIT to GPL)

Few scenarios:

a) John can contact Jane and ask for written permission to change the
license.
b) Leave MIT and add GPLv3 to your own work.

I am no Lawyer and other will confirm or...
