[theme-reviewers] Author URI guidelines

I am not sure how many of the themes at
http://www.siteground.com/wordpress-hosting/wordpress-themes.htm belong to
SiteGround - I see Carrington, Atahualpa, Ahimsa, Inanis Glass etc, which
are by other authors. My feeling is that if you purchase hosting from them,
these themes come installed by default.
