<div dir="ltr"><div>I am not sure how many of the themes at <a href="http://www.siteground.com/wordpress-hosting/wordpress-themes.htm">http://www.siteground.com/wordpress-hosting/wordpress-themes.htm</a> belong to SiteGround - I see Carrington, Atahualpa, Ahimsa, Inanis Glass etc, which are by other authors. My feeling is that if you purchase hosting from them, these themes come installed by default.<br>

<br></div>2. That it's relevant to the theme. So if it's a theme built specifically for realtors, linking to a realty site is relevant.<br><br></div>Anything else seems overtly subjective and should be recommended only.<br>
