[theme-reviewers] Gallery widget in themes

Hi Ying

As long as the site doesn't break if the user changes the theme, and 
you're not duplicating core functionality, you're good. Generally, 
however, these kind of things are considered plugin territory - that way 
the user experience isn't affected by changing the theme.

Can't think of an example widget to look at, off the top of my head.
