[theme-reviewers] Licensing question

Everyone seems to be on top of this ...

Either the image "owner" needs to release this image under a GPL-compatible
license; or, the Theme author must remove it altogether from the theme for
the theme to be "approved" into the repository ... having the image owner
say its OK is unfortunately not enough.
