Everyone seems to be on top of this ...<br><br>Either the image &quot;owner&quot; needs to release this image under a GPL-compatible license; or, the Theme author must remove it altogether from the theme for the theme to be &quot;approved&quot; into the repository ... having the image owner say its OK is unfortunately not enough.<br>
