[theme-reviewers] footer credit link?

Hi there

Newbie here going through my first review. Ticket is https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/6882 
.
Previous version was not approved due to unappropriate Author URI  
(fixed in this version). That same URI is found as a hard-coded link  
in the footer. Am I supposed to just suggest closing the ticket as not- 
approved immediately or should I continue reviewing the rest of the  
theme?

Not sure I'm getting my head around the actual trac review cycle  
process....
