I don't know what the theme-reviewers policy is on this matter. Chip
would probably have better information than me. :)

But dual-licensing is okay too, for various cases. As long as one of
them is GPL-Compatible then the user can choose to use that one, if it
fits their needs.

I was more interested in ThemeForest's policy, which I didn't know.
