[theme-reviewers] footer links for WordPress

The powered by WP type links are not considered to be "credit" links.
That guideline is referring to links to the author or their own site,
and is primarily intended to prevent spam.

For example, some theme authors in the past have done things like
"Sponsor a theme! Pay me $X and I'll put links to your spammy casino
site in the footer and then have that theme run on thousands of
sites!" and other such crap behavior. The one-credit-link rule is to
prevent that sort of thing.
