[theme-reviewers] footer links for WordPress

The theme guidlines specify as required that there only be one credit link
in the footer, and it needs to be either the theme URI or author URI.

Is it that bad to also add a link to WordPress (a "Powered by" type link)?
It feel silly to me to make a theme author remove a link to WordPress
because there's already a link to the theme URI.

It seems there's more than a few themes in the repo already that include a
"Powered by"-type link too.

Thoughts?
