[theme-reviewers] Review of Child Themes?

Hello,

I've just got first ticket to review (
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/8310). This is a child theme, so I
get the message:

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a
stylesheet and a template.

The parent theme is missing. Please install the "the-buffet-framework"
parent theme.

I remember reading that the Child Themes are not currently being considered
for inclusion in WordPress Extend. (
http://make.wordpress.org/themes/tag/child-themes/)

So, do I still need to search for the parent theme and install or do I ask
to close this?
