[theme-reviewers] Paypal donation button in theme?

Instead of actually using a direct paypal link/form like that, it
might make a bit more sense to change that into a link to your own
site, perhaps even to a donation page on your site.

There you can control the paypal link, in case it changes or you
wish to use an alternate service or something, and you can "upsell"
the user, thank them for their donation, etc.

Having a direct link to paypal is okay, but probably not the best way
to go about it.
