[theme-reviewers] Q about a ticket

Hi all,

I have some free time today (snow day!) and all this talk about the review queue has inspired me to review some themes (hope I'm doing it right).  I made a note on this one but wanted to ask here, too:  http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5888

I skipped over it because of the footer/credit link issue Emil mentioned.  Should I mark it not-approved or is there a reason it's still in the queue?
