[theme-reviewers] How to update submitted theme

Hey guys,
I just uploaded my theme called plain simple, and it has not yet been
reviewed. Right after I uploaded I made some minor changes to the theme and
would like to update it. How should I go about uploading the new version,
so as to not have duplicate copies of my theme in the theme trac?
