User can use GNU and MIT or any other GPL-Compatible License at the same
time. Theme files such as i.e. JS can be i.e. MIT. As far as the
restrictions, they are explained here: http://goo.gl/5CgLn
2. Basic Permissions.
This License explicitly affirms your unlimited permission to run the
unmodified Program.
