[theme-reviewers] Default Post Thumbnail Help

IMHO, as long as the default thumbnail image isn't a form of advertisement
for the Theme/Developer/etc., then it's fine.

Remember: defer to the design aesthetic of the developer. A Theme design
that assumes a thumbnail image with each post is perfectly valid, provided
that it isn't abused.
