[theme-reviewers] Default Post Thumbnail Help

Hello,

I am currently reviewing a theme and want to clarify my concept about Post
Thumbnail.

   - Is it OK to use a default Post Thumbnail picture (like Theme Site Logo
   or any other) when there is no "Featured Image" or "Image Attached" to the
   post.

According to my opinion, such approach is forcing the user to upload images
to every post to fit the theme.
